THE ATCL, ONE OF THE LARGEST AND MOST PRESTIGIOUS LEISURE AND SPORTS CLUBS IN LEBANON AND THE MIDDLE EAST, CELEBRATED A SIGNIFICANT MILESTONE WITH A GRAND EVENT TO MARK ITS 100TH ANNIVERSARY. THE CELEBRATION WAS A TESTAMENT TO THE CLUB’S RICH HISTORY AND ENDURING LEGACY, WHICH HAS BEEN SHAPED BY GENERATIONS OF PASSIONATE MEMBERS.

Objective

To mark this milestone occasion, the board members of the club decided to create an unforgettable experience for members and guests, which was achieved through a variety of activities such as sports challenges, a fashion show, children's shows, field games, a parade, a concert, and a classic car show.

Challenge

Coordinating all these activities across different areas within the club, posed a significant challenge to the club. To overcome this challenge, ATCL appointed us to manage the on-ground organization of the event. In addition, we were tasked to provide the obstacle course activity.

Solution

The challenge was effectively addressed through careful coordination with various vendors and suppliers, the proper arrangement of transportation and setup, and the acquisition of all necessary permits and licenses. A large team of volunteers was employed to manage the various areas of the event and ensure its smooth operation. The communication between them was a crucial issue for the success of the festival.

Results

The event was a huge success, with all activities running smoothly and on time. The guests had a great time and enjoyed the various shows and competitions that were organized. The fashion show and kids’ show were particularly well-received, and the parade and concerts were a big hit with the guests. The field games were also enjoyed by both adults and children. The 100-year anniversary event of the ATCL was a memorable and momentous occasion that will be cherished by all members of the club for years to come. The celebration was a grand and fitting tribute to the club's rich history and enduring legacy and marked a significant milestone in the club's journey.
