ART MARINE, A LEADING 360-DEGREE LEISURE MARINE ENTERPRISE, WAS OPENING ITS FIRST LOCATION IN DOHA AND HELD THE LAUNCH EVENT AT THE RITZ CARLTON.
Objective
The objective of the event was to officially announce the opening of ART Marine in Doha to the top 250 VIP guests and allow them to discover the new boats.
Challenge
The main challenge was to create a theme that was related to the marina and to the boating world.
Solution
Our team created a nautical-themed event inspired by the world of marinas and boats. The venue was decorated with a color scheme of blue and white to create a maritime atmosphere, and lighting and sound effects were designed to transport guests to a luxurious boat experience.
The event was initiated by H.E. Sheikh Nawaf Bin Nasser Al-Thani, CEO of Nasser Bin Khaled, who inaugurated the event by steering a simulation of a boat helm built on the marina. Following the ceremony, the guests enjoyed a presentation of the latest boats that were showcased on a water screen, accompanied by laser and water fountain shows imported from Belgium, which were the main highlight of the evening.
After the show, guests were invited to a cocktail reception featuring a variety of seafood and delicacies. Later, the ART Marine team gave a tour of the new boats, and each guest was presented with branded binoculars as a memento of the event.
Results
The launch event was a tremendous success, impressing the guests with the engaging nautical theme and new boats on display. The event garnered extensive coverage by the local media and created a buzz for ART Marine and NBK, generating significant interest from potential customers.
The event helped ART Marine to establish its reputation as the premier 360-degree leisure marine enterprise in Doha and attract new clients to its portfolio.
